We Have Been Warned (Galatians 5:2-12)

What are some things that your mama warned you about?  Maybe she warned you about members of opposite sex and their intentions?  Maybe she warned you about not wearing your seatbelt?  Maybe she warned you that the stove was hot?  Our mothers didn't warn us about danger to make us afraid but rather to make us aware.  In today's passage God is warning us about the dangerous reality of false teaching and teachers.  

I.  Warning:  False Doctrine is Hazardous to Your Health. vs 2-6 

     A. If we put our Faith in False Doctrine we have no hope in Jesus. vs 2

     B. If we put our Faith in False Doctrine we have to live by it. vs 3

     C. If we put our Faith in False Doctrine we were never His. vs 4 

     D. If we put our Faith in False Doctrine we we don't Trust in Jesus Righteousness. vs 5-6

II. Warning: False Teachers are Everywhere. vs 7-12

     A. False teachers hinder the Truth. vs 7

     B. False teachers discourage Godliness. vs 8

     C. False teachers contaminate the Body. vs 9

     D. False teachers will be judged. vs 10

     E. False teachers always oppose Truthful teachers. vs11

     F. False teachers don't follow their own logic. vs 12
