In the parable of the sower and the soils all the different examples shared the same basic composition. There was a seed some dirt and a whole lot of opportunity. Despite every example starting in the same place not all of them finished by bearing fruit. Only one bore fruit and this parable reminds us that we should be examining our lives on a regular basis to be sure that we are truly His.
I. We should all be preparing to face the Lord. vs 5-6
II. Obedience to the Lord should be our priority. vs 7-9
III. Perfection should be our goal. vs 9-11
IV. Loving one another is not optional. vs 12-14
