The world has not always been like it is now. When God created everything He said that it was good. Yet as a result of sin the good world that God created has been corrupted. We suffer with disease and violence that was never a part of God's plan for us. The whole world is suffering and groaning in anticipation of the day when the wrongs of this world will be set right. In today's passage Jesus gives us hope in the midst of a world gone wrong.
